Project Overview
Client: Deutsche Bank
Industry: Banking
Timeline: 2021 - 2024
My Role: Product Designer
Deutsche Bank is a global company providing banking and financial services. They were seeking to enhance the user experience across various digital channels (personal and business banking) to offer a more intuitive and customer-centric experience. For three years, I was assigned as a UX Designer on the design team as an implant through VMLY&R, to support this evolution process. My main responsibilities included: Research, User Flows, Information Architecture, Wireframes, User Stories, Visual Design, Prototyping, among others.
The main challenge was addressing deficiencies in the existing user experience across different channels. This involved improving navigation difficulties, providing greater clarity in the presentation of financial information, and achieving an overall more satisfying experience.
Throughout these years, we have evolved many flows and created new functionalities. In all these processes, we have attempted to follow an appropriate working methodology for each project.
